The Albanian Microfinance Association in cooperation with UNHCR, Albania organized on December 5-6, 2024 a two-day training seminar on the topic: Management of personal finances of refugees and asylum seekers.

The goal of the training was to build the financial skills of refugees and asylum seekers by improving the education and financial inclusion of the refugee and asylum seeker population. On the part of the Association, the event created an opportunity for the financial sector to take care of the long-term and good practices of observation by the providers of the best services for sale. Albanian microfinance and UNHCR Albania will continue cooperation during 2025 with the aim of using an enabling situation for refugees and asylum seekers to have access to services and their rapid #integration in sales.
