Graduated in 2001 in computer science, Arlinda started her career as a IT & MIS manager in World Vision Albania Microcredit Institution, where she created and headed development of all core technologies as loan tracking system, accounting management, servers and security technology configurations. She continued her line of work and dedication to the microfinance industry at NOA where she worked for 12 years, last 7 years as an executive member in Chief Operations Officer role.
